Job Description
- Greeting, and welcoming customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Educate and assist customers on the ordering process, provide information on the menu to customers
- Ensure proper facial expression, voice tone, and gesture in attending to customer
- To be thoroughly informed and updated on menu information including on-going promotions, and update customers on the on-going promotion
- Handling customer request in a prompt manner
- Strive to upsell other products to customers
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field
- Able to communicate with customers in English
- Able to communicate in more than 1 language (English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia) would be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality, service consciousness, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Working experience in Food and Beverage service would be an advantage
- Candidate who possesses own transport would be an advantage
