Terms and conditions
1. To participate in this contest, users must share The Fish Bowl image and/or video on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #FishBowlUsOver and tagging The Fish Bowl’s official account between 12:00 Saturday 5th December 2020 and 23:59 Thursday 31st December 2020.
2. Each image posted with the relevant hashtag and account tagging counts as ONE (1) individual entry.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest; however, each entry must include at least ONE (1) unique The Fish Bowl poke bowl in some way or form, and must comply to the set out regulations of hashtags and account tagging.
4. There will be 4 winners selected, after the competition deadline of 11.59pm on 31st December 2020.
5. The allocated prizes for the contest are as follows;
Grand Prize x 1: iPad Air 2020 and The Fish Bowl RM500 Fishies Card Advanced Payment
Consolation Prizes x 3: RM100 The Fish Bowl Fishies Card with Advanced Payment and a mystery 98 Percent gift set
6. The Fish Bowl reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
7. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged in whole or in part.
8. All winners will be selected at random. The Fish Bowl reserves the right to exclude any entry which is believed to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
9. The contest is open to residents of Malaysia except for The Fish Bowl employees, all contractors and families, or anyone directly connected with the organisation, and operators of its brands and concessions.
10. Winners will be required to provide a valid email address, contact phone number, and other identifying information within 48 hours of initial winner announcement, after which, The Fish Bowl reserves the right to award the allocated prizes to the new corresponding winners.
11. The Fish Bowl does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed due to network issues, system development, computer or telecommunications failures, or fault of any kind.
12. The decisions of The Fish Bowl are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
13. The Fish Bowl reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
