Job Description

  • Manage day to day operations of the production, including review and approve all business documents such as daily production sheets, wastage control, cleaning and sanitation checklist, raw material request form, machine service and maintenance etc
  • Monitoring process of product standards and implementing quality control programmes
  • Direct, coordinate, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide training activities of production function
  • Generate a detailed schedule based on the production master plan to maximize the use of resources
  • Obtain and key in output information (number of finished goods, percentage of wastages etc)
  • Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure compliance of food quality and standards of The Fish Bowl
  • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
  • Check and monitor the stock count of raw material, semi-finished & finished goods
  • Involve in External and Internal audit and product traceability
  • Ensure all food process strictly follows the SOP, comply with requirement of HALAL and Good Hygiene Practices and other relevant standards where applicable
  • Perform other related duties and any ad hoc instruction required and directed from the management.

WORKING HOURS

  • 5 and a half day (Saturday)
  • 7am – 4pm
