Job Description

  • Coordinate with driver and central kitchen’s production staff to ensure materials and goods are delivered on time to all outlets.
  • Maintain daily communication between central kitchen and outlet staff to address condition, amount and quality of goods delivered.
  • Data entry for supplier’s purchase orders / invoices and other related documents.
  • Recording of goods returned to central kitchen and compilation of information for issuance of credit note.
  • Preparation of production records, ensures production records and reports are maintained in accordance with the management’s requirements and the established standards.
  • Recording of materials and production wastage.
  • Assists Executive Chef with the monthly stock count of goods in the facility.
  • Assist in all general administration work and documentation filling and assistance to production and clerical support to other departments as and when required.
  • Conducts routine inspection of all areas of the facility to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Fills in when and wherever needed to insure efficient kitchen operation.
  • Involve in Halal Jakim new and renewal application including liasing with JAKIM/JAIS for any related matter and issue.
  • To monitor the Halal validity of raw material supplier.
  • Responsible of Halal file and to ensure Halal document are in ordered and well organised.
  • Ensure Halal training for staff is ongoing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
