Job Description

  • To assist in maintaining highest quality food hygiene procedures and practice in Central Kitchen (CK)
  • To assist central kitchen operation team in Quality Management (QM) for the organisation and to design processes and establish methods for continuous quality improvement
  • To ensure that all controlled documents like QM manual, SOP and working instructions are maintained and updated regularly
  • To assist conduct all internal audits for all Central Kitchen production departments
  • To assist in preparation of the organisation for audits purpose and external accreditation reviews (e.g. HALAL)
  • Work closely with Management in development and improvement programs to improve CK process & work flow for future growth
  • Check orders for accuracy, confirm quality, quantity and specifications and approve receipt of supplies accordingly, and reject and return unacceptable supplies
  • Prepare and maintain inventories to ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance, proper supplies handling and minimal damage
  • Train the kitchen chefs and cleaning personnel on food safety and good manufacturing practices
  • Summarize and preparation of report to the management on findings of the production processes
